What do I need?

In order to start paying your Federal Financial Services bill online you will need your account number and last four of social. If you are unable to locate your account number please call Federal Financial Services. An example of the account number and last four of social would be "123456 and 1234". You will also need to supply the address and phone number you have on file with Federal Financial Services.

After you setup a new user account you will be asked to login with your new credentials. You will then be taken to a page to complete the account setup process where you will be asked to provide this required information.
